ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Hydra Paddle website (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

Hydra Paddle may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, including browsing products, requesting quotes and contacting our team. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy or redistribute Website content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.
• Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable or impair our services.

PRODUCTS & QUOTES

All product information, specifications, images and codes (including the HP-11001 – HP-11014 series) are provided for reference. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, weight or finish may occur between production batches.

Quotes are provided via email at hydrapaddle@gmail.com (WhatsApp quoting coming soon). Quotes remain valid for the period stated in the quote; prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

Hydra Paddle offers full customization services — every product can be tailored to your brand's identity, from design & materials to packaging. Custom orders require written approval of proofs before production begins.

• You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logos, artwork or trademarks supplied for production.
• Minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing are agreed per order in writing.
• Approved custom designs enter production and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website — including the Hydra Paddle name, logo, product images, catalogue text and designs — is the property of Hydra Paddle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Branding, logos and artwork supplied by you for custom production remain your property; you grant Hydra Paddle a limited licence to use them solely to manufacture and fulfil your order.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Payment terms, currency and method are agreed per order in writing. Orders are processed after confirmation of payment terms. Goods ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan; estimated delivery times are provided at quotation and may vary by destination and carrier.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

QUALITY, WARRANTY & RETURNS

Every paddle undergoes strict quality control for consistency & excellence. Hydra Paddle warrants products against manufacturing defects for the period agreed per order. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications.

Defective items must be reported within the agreed window with photos or evidence. Custom-branded orders are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Paddle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or our products, including lost profits or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
